For Preliminary Visit

On the Application Form and the Application Form for Preliminary Visit

To apply for disaster readiness programs or preliminary visits, send the Application Form and the Application Form for Preliminary Visit by FAX or email. Please note that applications only by phone are not accepted.
For tours and educational trips, if possible, please send the itinerary along with the reservation application.
Apply at least 10 days before your visits. Visits by groups of 30 members or more require prior application even if they do not use disaster readiness programs or facility rental.
Reservation is required even if you are an individual customer and want an option menu such as story teller guide.

About option menu

There is always no storyteller guide in the hall, so a reservation is required.
If you cancel on the day after applying for the option menu, 100% of the option fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If you wish to interview or shoot, you need to apply. Please fill in the required items on the "Application for Coverage / Shooting Permission" below, check the "Pledges" on the second page, and send a fax or e-mail. After confirmation, we will contact you. In addition, it may be necessary to coordinate with related parties, so please contact us with plenty of time.
