  1. If room use does not reach the length of the period the user chooses, he/she must pay the full amount of the fee for the period.

Facility use that meets any of the following requirements is entitled to total or partial exemption from equipment use fees.

  1. Use by schools in Kesennuma City for educational purposes: Total exemption
  2. Use for events organized by Kesennuma City or the Kesennuma City Board of Education: Total exemption
  3. Use for events organized in cooperation with Kesennuma City: Exemption from 50% of the fees
  4. Use that the Kesennuma City Mayor especially recognizes as necessary: Exemption from the percentage designated by the Mayor of the fees
